Track Rabbit upgrades Stripe connection to offer additional payment options and fee types.

New Feature Benefits:

LOWER FEES FOR ORGANIZERS

  • In addition to our already industry-low fees, this upgrade allows us to offer even lower fees for different payment types. We have also used this opportunity to create other fee structures that accomodate different business models, including those with memberships or that do not manage transactions.

INCREASED OPTIONS FOR CUSTOMERS

  • Registrants will have more default payment options to choose from, including Apple Pay, Google Pay and WeChat Pay.
  • As an organization, you also have the ability to offer additional financing options for your large ticket events or memberships, including Affirm and Klarna which offer financing for higher amounts beyond our partnership with Afterpay.

INCREASED OPPORTUNITY FOR NEW CUSTOMERS / MEMBERS

  • Allowing financing for high-ticket events and memberships improves the opportunity to events and increases potential memberships and registrations.
